Combine the mezcal, Amontillado sherry, coffee liqueur, bourbon whiskey, and Islay Scotch whiskey in a mixing glass over ice. Stir until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
