How to make Palermo'tini with Pineapple, Vodka, Wine. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a martini glass.
Prepare a garnish by cutting a fresh pineapple wedge.
Muddle the fresh pineapple wedges in the base of a shaker.
Add the Ketel One vodka, chilled Sauvignon Blanc, pineapple juice, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, Monin Vanilla Syrup, and, if desired, Difford's Daiquiri Bitters to the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.
Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
