How to make Witch & Broomstick with Honey & Mint Gin, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup (3:1 by Weight). See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.
Pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.
Prepare a mint leaf for garnish.
Shake the honey & mint gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, Liquore Strega, and egg white (or cocktail foamer) with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.
Dry shake the ingredients without ice to create a frothy texture.
Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with the prepared mint leaf floated on the foaming surface.
