Use the specified prepared components: Orange cream citrate.

Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass for serving.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a cherry tomato.

Stir the mezcal, sherry, dry vermouth, tomato liqueur, chilled tomato water, orange cream citrate, and celery bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass.

Garnish with the skewered cherry tomato.
