Sleeping Bison-Tini

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of pear slice.

Shake the bison grass vodka, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca liqueur, Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, freshly pressed pear juice, cloudy unsweetened apple juice or cider, and cold chamomile tea with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
