Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist and a raspberry.

Shake the Ketel One Vodka, Italian red bitter liqueur, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Monin Raspberry Syrup, and either egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer with ice.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the cocktail (without ice).

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.

Garnish by floating a raspberry in the center of the cocktail.
