Chill your cocktail coupe in advance to ensure the perfect temperature for serving.
Combine Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, and a couple of dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Throw the mixture between two mixing glasses to aerate and chill, or alternatively, stir the mixture thoroughly with ice until well chilled.
Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared cocktail coupe.
