How to make Sherry Mint Julep with Palo Cortado Sherry, Mint Liqueur, Mint Bitters. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use these specified component styles: Mint bitters (optional).
Chill a julep cup in advance.
Prepare a garnish using fresh mint sprigs.
Shake the Lustau Palo Cortado Península Sherry and Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe with ice. Add mint bitters if desired.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled julep cup, filling it two-thirds with crushed ice.
Churn the drink gently and top with additional crushed ice to fill the cup completely.
Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
