Start with these components prepared in advance: Sweet vermouth (cinnamon-orange tea infused).
These quantities make a punch batch. Use the whole listed formula in the punch bowl; the amounts are not for one glass.
Muddle the 8 sugar cubes with the listed 2 oz of soda water in a punch bowl until dissolved.
Add the lemon juice, prepared cinnamon-orange tea-infused sweet vermouth, grapefruit juice and gin.
Add one large block of ice and gently stir to combine.
Top with the measured Champagne.
Garnish with grapefruit wheels.
