Trick Dog's Scorpio

Start with these components prepared in advance: Vanilla syrup (Rooibos- and cardamom-infused).

Begin by adding the rye, Bénédictine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and vanilla syrup infused with Rooibos and cardamom to a cocktail shaker.

Add a few dashes of both Angostura bitters and orange bitters to the mixture.

Vigorously shake the ingredients until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ginger beer and ice cubes.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
