Happy 'Rack

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer.

Combine the apple brandy, applejack, Batavia Arrack, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

Add the grenadine and allspice dram to the shaker.

If desired, include a touch of simple syrup for added sweetness.

Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe.

Optionally, garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
