Almond Cocktail

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of three almonds.

Shake the vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orgeat syrup, apple juice or cider, and optional peach bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
