Select and pre-chill a martini glass.
Prepare a garnish by crumbling a piece of Cadbury's Flake.
Muddle fresh raspberries and hulled strawberries in the base of a shaker.
Add cognac, Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur, and Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Shake well with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
Lightly whip the cream and gently float it on top of the cocktail.
