Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare the garnish by readying a rosemary sprig and an atomizer filled with absinthe.

Stir the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Hayman's Old Tom Gin, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, Génépi liqueur, and Amaro with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the prepared rosemary sprig.

Mist the cocktail with a fine spray of absinthe from the atomizer.
