How to make Perpetual Dawn with Gin, Bitter Aperitif, Lime Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a martini glass in advance to prepare it for serving.
Combine the gin, Aperol, lime juice, Maraschino liqueur, and cane syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.
Float apricot liqueur on top of the cocktail by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Serve immediately with no garnish.
