Negroni in Paradise

Start with these components prepared in advance: Gin (Beefeater (pineapple infused)).

Infuse the Beefeater gin with pineapple to enhance its tropical notes.

Combine the pineapple-infused gin, Campari, Amargo-Vallet, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, and Clément Mahina Coco in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir the mixture until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube or sphere.

Garnish with a large orange swatch, pineapple fronds, or a dehydrated pineapple ring to elevate the presentation.
