Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.
Prepare a lime wedge for garnish.
Shake the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, and the optional saline solution with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Drizzle Crème de cassis into the center of the cocktail, allowing it to sink.
