How to make St. George's Negroni with Gin, Bitter Aperitif, Aromatized Wine. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of an orange slice wheel, preferably a dehydrated blood orange.
Stir the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Italian red bitter liqueur, Dubonnet or Byrrh rouge light quinquina, and Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Tawny Port with ice.
Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally using a large ice cube or a chunk of block ice.
Garnish with the dehydrated orange wheel.
