Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.
Select a Champagne Flute and prepare your garnish by placing a mint sprig tip in the hollowed-out center of a hulled strawberry.
Stir the honey syrup with the Hayman's London Dry Gin directly in the flute until the honey is fully dissolved.
Top the mixture with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco.
Garnish the rim of the glass with the prepared strawberry.
