Mezcal Negroni

Chill an Old Fashioned glass to prepare it for serving.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish, or optionally, a skewered green olive.

Pour the mezcal, red bitter, and rosso vermouth into the glass filled with ice.

Stir the mixture gently until well combined.

Express the oils from the orange zest over the cocktail and use it as a garnish. Optionally, garnish with the olive.
