How to make New Dog with Tequila Reposado, Islay Scotch Whisky, Sweet Vermouth. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Combine the reposado tequila, Islay Scotch, sweet vermouth, Averna, freshly squeezed lime juice, cinnamon syrup, Peychaud's Bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters, and egg white in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain out the ice and discard it.
Dry shake the mixture without ice to thoroughly incorporate the egg white and achieve a frothy texture.
Pour the cocktail into a Cocktail Coupe and serve immediately.
