Japanese Whisky

Herbal LiqueurBénédictine Herbal Liqueur

Pickled Ginger

Stir the Junmai Sake, Japanese Whisky, and Bénédictine with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Cocktail Coupe.
