Chill a martini glass in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare a garnish by wrapping a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry with salami and skewering it.

Combine the añejo tequila, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, and Orange Bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Finish by garnishing with the salami-wrapped skewered cherry.
