Banana Spider

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of aromatic bitters.

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker.

Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the mixture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Drip aromatic bitters onto the cocktail and pull through the foamy head with a cocktail stick.
