Combine the scotch, rye, allspice dram, orgeat, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker tin, leaving out the bitters.

Dry shake the mixture to emulsify the ingredients thoroughly.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill and further mix the cocktail.

Strain the contents into a double old fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Garnish by adding dashes of Angostura bitters over the top of the cocktail.
