Pomegranate Cosmopolitan

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a coin-sized twist of orange zest and set it aside.

Shake the Ketel One Vodka, triple sec, hibiscus liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, pomegranate juice, a dash of Angostura orange bitters, and a couple of drops of saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the flamed orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
