Three Scots and a Dash

Combine the blended Scotch, Drambuie, Islay Scotch, freshly squeezed lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, honey syrup, and Allspice Dram in a cocktail shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure a well-integrated blend of flavors.

Strain the shaken cocktail into a Cup, allowing some of the finer ingredients to pass through.

Garnish with a Three Dots and a Dash garnish by pinning three cherries to a pineapple spear and placing it atop the cocktail.
