Northern Lights

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of star anise.

Shake the bison grass vodka, apple schnapps liqueur, aniseed liqueur, apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Float the prepared star anise garnish on the surface of the cocktail.
