Swedish Paloma

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Moisten the outside rim of the glass with grapefruit juice and dip it into salt to create a salted rim.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a wedge of grapefruit.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the grapefruit-flavored vodka, freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup. Add ice and shake well.

Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with fresh ice. Simultaneously pour in the Thomas Henry Soda Water.

Garnish with the prepared grapefruit wedge.
