Coley Cobbler

Muddle the orange wheels at the bottom of a shaker.

Add the sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca, and demerara syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to combine and chill.

Strain the cocktail into a highball glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Insert a straw into the drink.

Garnish with two half-moon slices of orange.

Drizzle a touch of gin over the top for added aroma and flavor.
