Bartender's Martini

Chill a martini glass in advance to ensure it is ready for serving.

Prepare an orange zest twist to use as a garnish.

Shake the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Dubonnet or preferred rouge light quinquina, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then place it as a garnish on top.
