Distilled Grape Appeal

Use the specified prepared components: Simple syrup (Red wine & champagne).

Stir the Cognac VSOP, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, Sherry, and overproof bourbon with ample ice until a syrupy texture is achieved.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with three cherries on a pick.

Alternatively, after stirring, store the cocktail in the freezer for fifteen to twenty minutes before serving.
