Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry or strawberry.

Stir the Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Dolin Chambéryzette Strawberry Aperitif, Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Tawny Port, and Italian red bitter liqueur with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.
