Chocolate Cookie Dream

Combine the milk, cocoa powder, Monin Chocolate Cookie syrup, and Cointreau in a mixing vessel.

Stir the mixture until well blended.

Transfer the mixture into a cocktail coupe. Add ice cubes if desired.

Lightly whip the cream and gently float it over the back of a spoon into the cocktail.

Serve with distinct layers. Stir just before enjoying.
