Pineapple Mezcalita

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of a pineapple wedge.

Shake the mezcal, triple sec, freshly squeezed lime juice, chilled pineapple juice, pineapple sugar syrup, Daiquiri bitters, and a touch of saline solution with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled, ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim.
