Grapefruit-Ginger Bourbon Sour

Muddle the ginger with a couple of peppercorns in a mixing glass.

Add the bourbon, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Stir with ice until well-chilled.

Double strain the mixture into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.
