Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a dried banana chip for garnish.

Stir the straight rye whiskey, Lucano amaro, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur), Jerry Thomas bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the dried banana chip.
