How to make Chin Chin with Blended Scotch Whisky, Apple Juice, Honey Syrup (3:1 by Weight). See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.
Select and pre-chill a champagne flute.
Stir the blended Scotch whisky and honey syrup in the base of a shaker until the honey is fully dissolved.
Add the cloudy, unsweetened apple juice and shake well with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled flute.
Top with brut champagne or sparkling wine.
