Smokin' Paloma

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Rim the glass with a mixture of cinnamon powder and chili salt. Moisten the outside edge with lime or orange juice before dipping in the salt.

Shake the mezcal, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave syrup with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass while also pouring in the Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda.

Serve without garnish.
