Instructions

Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Simple syrup (charred pineapple syrup. See note.).

Start with these components prepared in advance: Rhum Agricole (Rhum JM Blanc (infused with browned butter and almonds)).

Combine the rhum agricole infused with browned butter and almonds with the charred pineapple simple syrup in a mixing glass.

Add 3 dashes of Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled double old fashioned glass.
