Spring Green

Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.

Prepare a garnish of lime zest twist and a half-moon lime slice.

Stir the Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Green Chartreuse or alternative herbal liqueur, elderflower liqueur, and optionally, a few drops of Fee Brothers Lime Bitters, with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Express the lime zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard it.

Garnish the drink with the half-moon lime slice on the rim.
