Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare an orange slice for garnish.

Shake the triple sec liqueur, Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur, aniseed liqueur, and freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice with ice.

Strain the mixture into the glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the orange slice.
