Chill a Nick & Nora glass to prepare it for serving.

Select a small mint leaf from the tip of a sprig to use as a garnish.

In a mixing glass, combine the blanco tequila, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, elderflower liqueur, and triple sec liqueur. Stir these ingredients with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Gently pour the grenadine into the center of the cocktail, allowing it to sink and create a vibrant, festive base.

Finish by floating the small mint leaf on the surface as a garnish.
