Start with these components prepared in advance: Gin (Beefeater (Pear infused)).

Shake the pear-infused gin, aromatized wine, elderflower liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice with ice until well chilled.

Double strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over large ice cubes.

Garnish by grating a cinnamon stick over the ice.
