Start with these components prepared in advance: Blanco tequila (infused with tamarind).

Infuse chopped tamarind flesh in blanco tequila for two days using a vacuum-sealed bag, or for two weeks in a Kilner jar. Strain the infusion through a Superbag and rebottle for use.

Stir the infused blanco tequila, Vermut Lustau Rosé, Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, and a dash of Angostura Orange Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
