- Herbal LiqueurLiquore Strega15 cc

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Moisten the outside edge of the glass with grapefruit juice and dip it into salt to rim the glass.

Stir the mezcal, vermouth, Strega, and grapefruit bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably using a large cube or chunk of block ice.

No additional garnish is needed, as the pre-prepared salt rim serves as the garnish.
