Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg and an apple wedge.

Muddle the ginger root in the base of a shaker.

Add the bison grass vodka, apple juice or apple cider, rich sugar syrup, and apple schnapps liqueur to the shaker.

Shake with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Dust the top with freshly grated nutmeg.

Garnish with an apple wedge on the rim.
