Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a wine glass.

Prepare a garnish using fresh raspberries and a mint sprig bouquet.

Shake the Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, pineapple juice, and honey syrup with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled wine glass filled with crushed ice.
