Gin-I

Chill a wine glass by filling it with ice water, then set it aside.

Combine the dry white wine, gin, and Campari in a mixing glass.

Add ice, then stir briefly to chill and blend the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into the prepared wine glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
