Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a wedge of pink grapefruit.

Combine the Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, reposado tequila, and saline solution or a pinch of salt in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the pink grapefruit wedge by placing it on the rim.
